Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Combination of education and relative experience that provides the knowledge, skills and ability to successfully fulfill job responsibilities may substitute.

b. Minimum Experience Requirement : Minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN. Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in progressively responsible position in a health care facility. Knowledge of personnel practices and general business administration. Effective planning, analyzing, decision making, and organizational skills required. Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to manage staff. .

c. Minimum License Requirement : Current WV RN License
