  • Lead the development of demand generation programs and account specific ABM plans
  • Partner with the account team to develop deep decision maker relationships, create brand awareness, drive engagements, accelerate pipeline, etc
  • Build multi-channel demand gen programs (email, SEO, webinar, etc)
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to drive the pipeline
  • Track and report marketing performance to continuously improve ROI
  • Own website and social media content
  • Have a deep understanding of the company’s target market
  • Consistently track market and industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Track campaign success and engagement as well as pipeline generation

Profile

  • 8 + years leading and executing b2B digital marketing strategy
  • 10 years of experience with B2B demand creation programs
  • 10+ years of experience with Marketo/Hubspot or Pardot &, Salesforce is required
  • 2 years leading ABM strategies
  • Strong background in growth marketing, demand gen, and ABM
  • Data-driven and highly analytical with focus on customer acquisition, expansion, and referrals
  • Digital marketing expert with experience in a strategic role
  • Extensive experience in planning and executing full-funnel multichannel campaigns
  • Passionate about user experience, conversion optimization, and conitnuous growth
  • Excelent project and budget management skills
  • Experience recruiting and developing top marketing talent
  • Experience managing SEO and SEM agencies
  • Knowledge of PPC advertising tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial attitude
