Position Summary:

The After Hours Program Coordinator provides coordination for staff and clients during non-business hours, and provides support to the Regional Managers in staffing and coordinating issues after normal business hours. This can include, but is not limited to, answering incoming calls and coordinating the schedules of after-hours staff members, communicating call outs to the client and reporting over the weekends. The Coordinator will be available between the hours of 7pm-10am EST Monday-Friday plus weekends.

Primary Duties Include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accepts incoming calls to the office after normal business hours (after 7pm EST and weekends)
Responds in a timely manner (within 15 minutes) to any messages left
Documents client and employee occurrences in the system of record
Communicates with clients when an employee has called off or is running late
Collecting PUI data on weekends and provide necessary report
Delegates and plans tasks to appropriate staff or member of Management when necessary
Informs appropriate staff of any personnel changes and scheduling need that arises
Staffs call-outs as soon as message is received and communicates with client of any schedule changes
Troubleshoots other after-hours issues that arise, and delegates appropriately
Keeps office staff informed of outstanding issues at the beginning of normal business hours
Comply with Loyal Source Safety Protocol for reporting call outs
Able to answer basic questions regarding pay and accrued time off using Databasics System
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

High School degree required
Must have internet access and personal computer, laptop and smart phone to receive and send text messages
Some experience in an office, with demonstrated effective communication skills and proven organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service environment preferred
Strong verbal communication skills required
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
