Job Description


As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of multiple large projects and providing a single point of contact for those projects. You will take projects from original, concept through final implementation, define project scope and objectives and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. You will conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis, ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.

You will also be trusted to:

  • Lead projects through defined project lifecycle to completion meeting defined project success metrics.
  • Use defined tools and processes to track and manage work through project lifecycle.
  • Lead team through defining project scope and deliverables while following defined framework and administer change management process.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enable the team to be successful.
  • Be the single point of contact for issues and risk management through project; appropriately communicate and escalate to leadership team.
  • Manage vendor services, work and products as needed for project deliverables
  • Manage project approvals through defined processes for funding, privacy, security and solution architecture.
  • Lead team through change management, risk management, issue management and production release planning.
  • Create and manage all project communications through project team to executive leadership.
  • Own and manage project budget, forecasting of total cost, variances and amendments



  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years related experience.
  • Direct experience and knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies required.
  • Project management certifications preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of organization.
  • Ability to collaborate, facilitate and create trust across teams within company.
  • Strong competency in being able to self-manage work.
