Email and Veeva Resources Channel Lead

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva a must.

The Email and Veeva eResources Channel Lead has primary responsibility for the channel strategy, management and support of digital promotion capabilities. Key responsibilities of the Email and Veeva eResources Channel Lead include the following:

Owner of Email (HQ & Field) and Veeva eResources Digital Channel strategy & capability roadmap
Evangelize & Educate on Channel Strategy & Best Practices
Define business requirements for technology platforms
Responsible for development and evolution of Channel Standards, including documentation and training/education of the standards
Align Veeva CRM digital capabilities evolution to deliver on the brand marketing goals
Track Veeva/IT roadmap for capabilities impact, recommendations for implementation options
Propose and guide prototyping of new functionality/navigation and design solutions for Emails and Veeva eResources
Continually assess and bring forward new trends in content to improve customer engagement
Change management and leadership to drive the necessary change for assigned channels
Provides direction for installing operational changes for successful execution of new capabilities and channel evolution
Reporting of specific KPIs
Operational support, including, but not limited to:
Reviewing Email, Field Email and Veeva eResource MLR submissions and providing feedback in line with current standards
Verifying approvals and deploying Field Email and Veeva eResources presentations through Veeva system
Answering questions regarding operational support of Email, Veeva Field Email and Veeva EResources presentations
Creation and approval of new templates
Manages reapprovals for unbranded Field Emails
Preferred Experience and Skills:

Experience working with field digital promotion capabilities (i.e. Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) and Field email via Veeva)
Experience in Email marketing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem solving in a complex environment
Technical digital acumen with ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders
Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders, and lead without authority
Collaboration and influence – displays strong interpersonal and relationship management
Strong prioritization skills
Ability to wear many hats in cross functional teams
Ability to work in a start up type environment
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva a must.
