Overview
Law firm seeks a temporary Trademark Paralegal to provide part-time support to two attorneys. Position is Remote for the foreseeable future, but will return to the LA office, so local candidates are preferred Responsibilities include managing international matters including Madrid Protocol filings, coordination with foreign associates, preparing cost estimates, and customs recordation; and general domestic matter support with USPTO.gov filing, preparation of word mark and design mark applications, and knockout searches. Qualified Trademark Paralegal will have relevant experience; CPi experience is a plus. The Trademark Paralegal must have excellent communication skills and be able to organize and prioritize multiple competing tasks. Position is 20-30 hours weekly.
