Company seeks an Administrative Assistant with 3 years of experience supporting multiple executives or department heads. Candidate will provide comprehensive organizational and administrative support to 4 company executives. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading correspondence; reviewing credit card statements, creating and finalizing expense reports and submitting information to accounting in a timely manner; maintaining files and calendar, coordinating and planning meetings, events, video conferences and travel; screening calls; maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies and equipment; researching competitive pricing; billing analysis; and general office management. Other duties assisting CFO with property management and providing backup support to the Sales Department with transaction paperwork and filing. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with very little overtime.
