POSITION DESCRIPTION:**Pay rate: $18.00/HR**Our client in Niagara Falls, NY is looking for a qualified Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant to assist their warehouse is large volume recruiting. At times, overtime will be required. This is a contract/temporary position (will not turn into a permanent role).**Shift- first shift 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday**Projected start date- week of February 1stJob Requirements:Duties include: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, phone screens, etc.Clerical duties such as – Scanning, filing, data entry, sorting files, and organization of offices. Other HR support as required.Intermediate computer skills are required including, but not limited to, proficiency in data entry, Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic email capabilities (Outlook).Job Requirements:Strong preference for previous HR experience (at least 1-year)Able to work independently and in an industrial environmentHS Diploma/Equivalent is required.PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Light lifting of computer box of paper, sending/receiving incoming mail duties.
