Kelly Services is looking to fill an Administrative opening in Kansas City, Kansas. The employee hired will act as a weekend/night shift scheduling assistant. You will be responsible for scheduling and reporting labor hours as well as timekeeping and coordination of training.Further job duties are below:Pay rate: $20/HRSchedule after training: Friday-Tuesday 9 PM- 6 AM1.Produce accurate schedules to meet production requirements. 2.Maintain compliance with collective bargaining agreement. 3.Schedule employees for a wide variety of off work events (such as vacations, Leave of Absences, bereavement leaves, etc.) training (including familiarization) 4.Respond to production requirement changes quickly and accurately and coordinate crew scheduling requirements with Supervisors. 5.Recall employees from layoff as required. 6.Enter employee attendance into appropriate database. 7.Schedule and participate in meetings. 8.Generate and maintain reports. 9.Maintain and manage attendance, scheduling, and other documentation. 10.Maintain confidentiality as required. 11.May support the research of initial response to scheduling grievances. 12.Ensure adherence to all standard work processes. 13.Responsible for compliance with all regulations, compliance with food safety policies and procedures. 14.Responsible for supporting the execution of relevant projects within assigned area / shift. 15.Responsible for supporting talent management process for hourly employees. Ensure Diversity and Inclusion meets / exceeds corporate standards. Proactively engage in the development and training of hourly labor and support such plans developed by plant leadership. 16.Maintain understanding of processes and functional interdependencies.
