Vice President of Managed Services Provider ProgramsThis position oversees a portfolio of Kelly’s largest Managed Services Provider (MSP) customer programs. These clients and programs represent a mix of US and global reach. The MSP Leader owns the client relationship, is responsible for account growth, and P/operational efficiency. They act as an industry expert to clients and their teams on key labor trends globally, and how to leverage the MSP product to produce mutually beneficial wins for clients and Kelly. They also serve as a key relationship holder to all resources critical to deliver in the MSP space such as client leadership, supplier leadership, leadership with key technology partners, and internal Kelly leaders and peers.**Thought Leadership**+ Stays on top of global labor trends affecting employment. Understands the country-specific nuances and how that could impact both a client’s talent strategy and our existing programs.+ Understand risks associated with global labor trends, and uses that information to proactively mitigate risk in these areas for clients and Kelly+ Knowledgeable on the different types of labor classifications (T, Statement of Work, Human Cloud, Gig, etc.) and how to leverage those within an MSP solution+ Has a deep understanding of MSP technology landscape and implication to our solutions and programs+ Stays up to date on critical suppliers that support our strategy with clients and how to leverage them+ Is deeply familiar with the different types of contract models (Flow-Through vs. Triad, etc.) and works with clients and internal resources to drive the best approach+ Has a breadth and depth of solution knowledge related to MSP such as Independent contractor (IC) and Statement of Work (SOW)+ Is aware of and can make connections between the different types of skill sets clients need and how they translate into solutions such as IT, HR, clerical, etc.+ Acts as an expert internally and externally on their accounts and the MSP product, and leverages all best practices to maximize account relationships and growthClient Relationship Management+ Owns client relationships and is a critical, strategic partner to them on achieving talent strategy+ Uses expertise to educate and influence clients on how to best leverage components of the MSP offering to their and our advantage+ Proactively brings external insights and solutions to client+ Works with clients to maximize their supplier strategy+ Leads client planning and strategy around expansion growth and contract renewals, supports the sales cycle+ Is able to influence and tell a client story based on data+ Constantly challenges views on the MSP construct and pushes to achieve the mutual win for Kelly and the clientProgram Management+ Holds key leadership relationships to ensure solid program delivery with clients, suppliers, technology partners, and internal teams+ Overall responsibility for developing, implementing and leading the strategic delivery plan for the MSP product within their portfolio+ Advocate for, and be the voice of what is best for Kelly Services Inc.+ Responsible for leveraging/growing Kelly’s wallet share+ Owns and oversees effective P management and delivering against targets+ Ability to effectively manage escalations+ Oversee and ensure programs are delivering to expectations, remedy and issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and further leverage to grow programs+ Directly oversee expansion opportunities+ Owns critical communications internally and externally about program opportunities, updates, changes, etc.People Leadership+ Lead and inspire a team of PMO Managers and Portfolio Leaders who are responsible for client program growth and delivery+ Ability to manage ebb and flow of resources to accommodate client demand, new wins, etc.+ Develop bench strength within team plan for adequate successionKnowledge/Skills:+ Understands the Sales Cycle and process+ Successful with creating and maintaining high-level client relationships+ Large Scale P management and accountability+ Depth of working operational knowledge on MSP as well as Independent Contractor, Statement of Work+ Large account strategy managementCompetencies:+ Build Strong, collaborative relationships throughout and across business units as well as the broader organization+ Demonstrated ability to apply broad knowledge and seasoned experience to address complex issues, deal with uncertainty, and solve difficult problems; servers as a calming influence and offers a clear path forward in times of uncertainty+ Excels in promoting ideas in a persuasive and compelling manner, shaping stakeholder agendas, and building a broad base of support both inside and outside of the companyRequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate business level experienceExperience:+ Running large, complex MSP programs and teams preferred+ Global experience preferred+ 10 years required, 15+ preferredLocation: Combination of on-site and virtualTravel Required: Travel 20% – 40%About Kelly Services®Kelly connects talented people to companies in need of their skills in areas including Science, Engineering, Education, Office, Contact Center, Light Industrial, and more.
