Comparator Specialist

Kelly FSP is currently seeking a Comparator Specialist for one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients in West Point PA.

This role is a full-time, offering our enhanced benefit package options. Summary:

Responsible for upcoming comparator demand and market availability for assigned projects using internally available tools including but not limited to Comparator Worksheets & Planning Tools.

Selected Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication with internal and external parties for Comparator of Clinical Supply Chain and assigned projects.
  • Oversight of demand for comparator blinding including but not limited to de-printing and over-encapsulation on assigned projects.
  • Procure and provide comparator samples including photos as well as documentation for comparator, label and packaging component evaluation.
  • Merge comparator pricing information and information to support correctness of financial budget planning. This includes oversight on shipping activities and monitoring target delivery dates.
  • Create and maintain Purchase Requests as well as requesting PO orders in SAP.
  • Create and maintain Material Masters and provide SAP Process Orders for de-packaging, pre-packaging, manipulation and placebo manufacturing packaging, according to the routing.
  • Support release activities.
  • Utilize system to document/execute GxP activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years in a procurement function required
  • Project Management experience required
  • Supply Chain experience and GMP knowledge required
  • Must have experience leading large spend projects
  • Commercial experience dealing with customers and vendors required
  • Previous experience supporting scientific technical operations in a GMP environment
  • SAP experience translating demand and supply planning
