Associate, Quantitative Analytics Associate Senior () Columbus, OH.
Duties: Support partnership with key stakeholders understanding underlying data. Collaborate with business partners to formulate quantifiable goals and support strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals. Develop and represent deep data knowledge to support performance monitoring and analysis delivery. Design and deliver KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses, including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques, to improve business function performance. Collaborate across functions and lines of business to drive analytics and insights. Develop a strong understanding of the Customer Service organization, including servicing applications, as well as policies and procedures. Complete analytical requests related to Customer Service operations, develop automated reporting, and assist with developing new data sets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
Minimum experience required: 2 years of data modeling and data analysis experience, or related experience.
Alternate minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related quantitative field and 5 years of data modeling and data analysis experience, or related experience.
Skills required: Experience with multiple variants of Structured Query Language (SQL), including Oracle, Teradata, and Sybase. Experience working with big data sets using Hive or Impala. Experience building, automating, and scheduling reports using Tableau, Alteryx and Control M. Experience combining data from multiple sources using data wrangling tools including Alteryx. Experience ingesting data to HDFS using Sqoop and building big data sandbox for analytics and reporting. Experience designing data infrastructure in big data environment based on business requirements for consumption in Tableau dashboards. Experience performing statistical analysis using methods including ANOVA, and pattern/trend analysis. Experience providing data warehouse design and architecture recommendations to IT partners based on analytic and reporting requirements. Experience performing SQL performance tuning and code review. Experience scheduling and automating data refreshes for dashboards using Autosys and Control-M. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.
