To be a successful Business Development Executive at Istonish, you need to have experience in sales or in a customer-facing role. You must be passionate about technical sales and working with customers. Ideally, you are ambitious and self-motivated and have experience with application performance management technologies, managed services, and project-based consulting services. Other qualifications we are looking for include:
Minimum Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Experience selling information technology services and solutions
- Strong preference given to individuals with experience in cybersecurity solutions
- Outside sales experience with a demonstrated ability to rapidly identify new customer targets, accelerate sales cycles, and close deals
- Ability to generate new leads through independent the use of modern prospecting techniques
- Ability to probe for, gather, and synthesize relevant customer information necessary to identify tactical and strategic sales opportunities

- Knowledge of current and relevant technologies (Cybersecurity, AWS, Azure, Microsoft solutions, Data Center, End User support services, etc.)
The Business Development Executive is responsible for the following:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue quotas
- Directly accountable for the identification, and development of new customer accounts
- Development, execution, and delivery of high value, solutions-based, client presentations to executive management and “C” level decision-makers and influencers
- Enhance customer relationships with the sale of additional services to existing customers
- Completion of all administrative tasks in a timely manner, including sales, call reports, sales forecasts, and expense reports
- BA/BS degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience and a high school diploma with some college courses and/or technical certifications.
Istonish will provide training, tools, and technology to assist the Business Development Executive in developing his/her business.
