Business Program Manager – Majesco, Underwriting, TPA

Our client is looking for a business-side Program Manager with expertise in Majesco, P&C Insurance industry and Underwriting ideally.

Role / Responsibilities :

  • Production Support (products already live on Majesco):
  • Acts as Product Owner for Majesco Platform – lead the business SMEs/Client and works with all business stakeholders to prioritize all changes and P3/P4 defect fixes (primary liaison with IT)
  • Program Implementation (New Products onto Majesco Platform):
  • Business Activities PM capacity – prioritizes/tracks all business SME activities (related to product rationalization, pre-blueprint, blueprint, UAT prep & orchestration, training doc prep & training orchestration)
  • Liaises with various business stakeholders and IT regarding scope & during blueprint & execution (key example: liaises with Sedgwick TPA/Claims team/Business procurement/IT team to make sure all Sedgwick-related technology and operational changes are done prior to Workers Comp Go-Live)
  • Key liaison between Majesco Team and Reporting/Data Project business team to partner on scope & execution phase activities (gatekeeper of Reporting/Data team requests for Majesco Team Business SMEs)
