Imprimis is partnering with our client, a high-end retail/wholesale furniture and accessories company, to find a Front Desk/Admin Assistant. Hours: 9: 30 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m.
Job Requirements:
Answer phones
Greet guests and clients
Calendar management to schedule client appointments
Assist in placing orders; checking stock and pricing
Assist with catalog/marketing mailings
Experience and Skills Required:
1-2 years front desk experience
Customer service-oriented
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of the position
Must have reliable transportation, complete a background and drug screen and be open to work after hours for special events
