Impact Gel is looking for outgoing office personnel. We are high energy and high paced. Impact Gel is casual and is a friendly work space. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinet, and fax machines. We are looking to fill a full time position. Days are Monday through Friday, 8-4.

Job summary

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquires, sales, and some financial reporting.

Responsibilities description

  • Answering general inquires about Impact Gel
  • Greeting visitors
  • Directing calls
  • Customer service
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Entering data and filing
  • Assists with other clerical duties such as photocopying, and faxing

Required skills and education

  • must have high school diploma
  • minimal of one year of administrative experience, but willing to train
  • must know programs such as word document and excel spread sheet

  • Excel Spreadsheet
  • Book keeping
  • Intuit Quickbooks
  • All orders by Number Crunchers
