Powerhouse advertising agency is looking for a talented Programmatic Trader to join their team on a contract basis.

This is a highly hands-on role where you will be assisting in the growth of the company’s Programmatic team, particularly for Social Media platforms. You will work alongside of the Analytics, Social and Digital Media team as well as other departments to execute media campaigns and meet expected KPI’s.

Although you will be under the supervision of a General Director, you will be able to work independently at times, making judgements and decisions as needed. You will be able to schedule and plan your duties accordingly and assist in developing solutions to any complex problems that come along.

As Programmatic Trader you will:

  • Work project based, on-site with the current standing team
  • Own multiple DSP’s trades
  • Follow campaign management and optimization strategies
  • Partake in programmatic campaigns from start to finish – assist with setup, implementation/optimization, reporting etc.
  • Assist in gathering campaign data and conceptualizing ways to optimize them and achieve maximum performance
  • Create reports and highlight optimization opportunities for clients both long and short term efforts
  • Communicate avidly with internal teams and media partners, develop strong relationships with point of contacts
  • Review client briefs and partner to provide recommendation to achieve business goals
  • Monitor campaigns and look out for activity on delivery, quality and performance
  • Assist with other duties as needed

Job Requirements:
Background Profile:

  • Robust experience in paid social ads, third party ad-servers, CRM data platforms (i.e. Double-Click, Salesforce, BlueKai)
  • Vast DSP understanding and related platforms ( Facebook Ad Mgr, MediaMath, Rocket Fuel Media, etc.
  • Great background and understanding of digital advertising and strategy including ad placement, placement-level, standard media metrics
  • Experience avidly communicating with different teams/vendors
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, and sometimes weekends
  • BS/BA Degree and 4+ years of agency experience working in social media platforms
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
