Location: Fayetteville, AR
Duration: 3 months

Description:
This position is responsible for managing the administrative and transactional functions of the Indirect Procurement Team . This includes Purchase Order Creation, Master Request System for new vendor and material setup, Blocked Invoice Resolution.

Other responsibilities include:
Generate report data for monitoring critical
Key Performance Indicators: communicate with suppliers regarding errors related to pricing, billing and ordering; other duties as needed.

This position is responsible for maintaining current vendor master data files, filling, sort mail and resolving vendor master issues; any other duties as assigned. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Standard computer skills. Excellent phone etiquette skills are preferred.
