Experience Requirements:
2 years office administration experience required.
Experience providing support to executive level of management
Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to think creatively and outside of the box when recommending solutions
Must be able to work independently and as a team member
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate well to others
Must be able to lead the projects to completion within given deadline
Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs and other applications
Ability to incorporate technical solutions to the day-to-day operations and improve efficiency
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Office AdministrationJob Requirements:
Maintain outlook calendar for Director of Operations
Schedulingand managingof Day-to-Day meetings andRecurring meetings
Maintain Real Estate licenses for Sr. VP of Operations up-to-date; ensure that dues are paid promptly and continuing education requirements are met.
Coordinate meetings and conference calls for Senior Staff
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes/minutes during all meetings and conference calls, upload to SharePoint as required
Track and follow-up on action items from meetings
Answer Corporate phones, Open and Send mail / FedEx and fax as needed
Monitor voicemail and correspondence for Senior Staff
Ensure proper filing of records on SharePoint
Performs typing, scanning, faxing, copying & filing duties as required.
Make purchases as needed
Maintain and upload documents as needed for Senior VP
