Pay: $17.00 – 18.00

Hours: M-F 8: 30-5, flexible hours or 8: 30 – 4: 30 (35 or 40 hour schedule available)

Benefits during the contract period:

Job duties:
1.) This person will answer all incoming phone calls to the law firm.
2.) They will handle all the incoming and outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx.
3.) They will order office supplies and keep up with ordering coffee / water etc.
4.) This person will do heavy filling, E-filling, scanning and envelope stuffing for letters.
5.) In MS WORD they will help to prepare drafts for the attorney using the templates already in place.
6.) Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required.


MUST have 3+ years of recent office clerical experience
Proficient with Google products: Gmail, Google Calendar
Good phone etiquette with exceptional communication skills
Must have professional appearance
Multi-tasking important – small office
Smokefree work environment/workplace
Background check required
Drug screening required
