Job Description

This person will be the glue to all of the administrative tasks that are involved in a development company. They will handle all mail that comes into the office, needs to be directed to each person and help with Fed ex and UPS.
They will also help with all the accounting, billing and invoicing for the various vendors and contracts they have for projects.
They will act as the liaison between the vendors, facilities and Managers.
They will help set up meetings, book light travel and help with the Managers’ expense reports.
They will also backup the Receptionist at times during the day.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of office admin experience
QuickBooks or any accounting helpful not required
Outlook Calendaring required
MS Office proficient- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Effectively communicates using proper grammar and punctuation written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills including use of proper grammar and punctuation
Technology adept including Browser and Computer savvy and the use of various office equipment
Presents in a polite, polished, and professional manner upon dealing with customers and co-workersTracking
