We are seeking qualified individuals to join our HC&D team: Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be a part of our Sales Team in providing outstanding customer service and sales support to our customer base (including homeowners, contractors, engineers, and government agencies) to meet our sales goals.
Responsible for addressing product and price inquiries, reviews specifications and product information, creates and prepares submittals, and distributes proposals/quotations. Updates and maintains accurate customer and project databases, data entry, reports, and files. Coordinates internal and external administrative activities for the Sales Department.
Must have a customer-focused philosophy, possess strong written/ verbal/interpersonal communication skills, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, pays extreme attention to detail, able to multi-task and carefully proofs their own work. Must have proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media, etc.), ability to learn new software systems quickly, and possess a valid driver’s license. Prior sales and marketing experience in concrete manufacturing or construction industry a plus, but not required.
