Our Premier Multi-Level Senior Living Community is actively searching for our next Business Office Manager. This key administrative position directs the concierge team, maintains daily communication with resident families, and acts as an HR Department for community staff. Our Business Office Manager is the cornerstone of knowledge for both residents and the general public and is critical to inspiring and delivering excellence in all facets of a healthy and happy community lifestyle! The Business Office Manager reports to the Executive Director and requires experience in office management and bookkeeping.Business Office Manager Responsibilities:Maintains monthly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as Active Vendor ContractsLogs Residency Payments and manages communication with families regarding rentsManages and trains the Concierge team and fills in for the Concierge when neededMaintains employee records and manages PTO, Benefits and Payroll for Community StaffBusiness Office Manager Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 Years of Office Management ExperienceKnowledge of Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping FunctionsProficiency with computer software, office machines, and ability to bend, stoop and lift office suppliesExperience leading teams and training for successValid Driver’s License and ability to travel within the community as neededBusiness Office Manager Benefits:Salary range of $70-$80KHealth, Medical, PTOAttendance Perks and Bonus ProgramTracking
