  • Working in a centralized Loan Operations area to provide support to lending personnel, internal and external customers.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • This position involves a variety of duties within a collaborative team includes:
  • Mail processing and distribution
  • Loan payment processing
  • Distribution of notice of insurance coverage- electronic and mail
  • Trailing Document Tracking
  • Order, track, receive, and review various loan documents
  • Providing customer service to all regions
  • Duties as assigned by management
  • Acquires and retains knowledge in applicable regulatory requirements including Currency Transaction Reporting (CTRs), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SARs ), Regulations CC, DD, etc.
