Loan Processor
We are currently accepting applications for a Loan Processor in our Lending department. This position is responsible for preparing, processing and disbursing new loans while verifying the completeness and accuracy of loan applications, including required loan forms and the disbursement of loan proceeds. Performing loan maintenance items such as data changes, insurance tracking, and loan payoffs.
Successful candidate will possess the following skills:
An understanding and working knowledge of consumer loan documents and knowledge of consumer lending rules and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Positive teamwork ethic
Quick solution skills for problem solving
Strong computer skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous lending experience plus one year of college preferred
