What you’ll do: Work in a team environment to provide DQ Fans (Customers) with service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. Maintain the physical appearance and cleanliness of the store and food service area by perform cleaning duties throughout all areas of the store. Coach and mentor team members. Promote and follow the company’s mission and values while ensuring high customer satisfaction and service with a smile.

What you’ll need: Strong communication skills, a supportive approach, time management, ability to multi task, flexible availability, desire to give great DQ service and achieve success
