Financial Additions is searching for an experienced tax admin assistant for a law firm in downtown Dallas.

The tax admin duties will include:

  • Manage all calendar and scheduling for attorneys, including monthly statistical reports
  • File and organize documents
  • Draft Federal Tax Certificates and Tax Questionnaires
  • Completion and filing of Forms 8038, 8038-G and 8038-GC with the Internal Revenue Service
  • Prepare spreadsheets in Excel
  • Proof read documents
  • Extensive client contact to gather information

Skills/Experience applicant must have:

  • 2+ years experience working in tax office/department
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Keen eye for detail and proofreading
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environment
