Warehouse Labor Associate

Warehouse Labor Associates focus on ensuring that totes are clean and in good condition for outbound shipments. Warehouse Labor Associates will clean totes by removing trash and other debris, take off labels and place empty totes on conveyor belt. Stand-up forklift experience is preferred but not required. Work is performed in a fast-paced warehouse setting and is physically demanding. Moderate twisting and turning of the body is necessary.

Prior experience performing general warehouse tasks in a warehouse or distribution setting or knowledge of logistics is preferred but not required.


  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Basic math skills
  • Warehouse Labor Associates must be able to lift totes by hand and repetitively lift between 25-50 pounds
  • Warehouse Labor Associates are expected to work productively and safely
  • Steel toed safety shoes are required
  • Must interact respectfully and courteously with co-workers, customers and vendors and as well as be a team player
  • Warehouse Labor Associates must have the ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push and squat the majority of the workday
