Executive Personal Assistant

Tasks — find “the thing,” buy “the thing,” return “the thing,” handle “the matter,” diffuse “the situation,” deal with “the stuff”

· Responsible for Working with CEO and his family. Wife of 11yrs, and 2 kids 8(boy), 6(girl-THE BOSS)

· Task, time and calendar management

· Working directly with the CEO of the company

· Day to day operations and managing multi-faceted desires to be a difference maker in life.

  4. Willingness to support and help champion all of our church, ministry, and philanthropic endeavors.

· Read and prioritize all incoming communication, ensuring deadlines are met, questions are answered, and requests are addressed.

· High-level customer service skills, as you will be interfacing with all of our personal vendors

  1. Accountants, Lawyers, Doctors, Financial professionals, etc…

· Handle logistics for meetings and events

· Organize and maintain all files assigned

· Thorough research, as requested

· Ownership of special projects, as assigned

· Take charge of any other miscellaneous tasks assigned

· Light office cleaning

Requirements

● At least 3-5 years of experience working as a high-level admin at the executive level

● Must be computer savvy (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point is mandatory)

● Eager to grow with a growing entity and career minded

● Comfort working in high velocity environments

● Extremely detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

● Proactive, “hungry” attitude, interested in going the extra mile to keep things running smoothly

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (you will be coordinating with important business contacts)

● A positive, can-do attitude and personality to match – we are looking for happy person that is pleasant to work with!

● The kind of individual that brings people’s spirits up not down

● Someone always looking to find a way, not an excuse

● Flexibility with the changing priorities and challenging timelines that come in a fast-paced environment

● Strong level of independence and efficiency and forward thinking

● Must be available 24/7 to take calls from CEO and be willing to run errands outside of regular hours on occasion.
