We have a new employment opportunity for an experienced Director of Staff Development (DSD) / Staff Development Coordinator in a quality Nursing Home located in Seattle, Washington. This position is open to Registered Nurses / RNs.

Director of Staff Development responsibilities:
Monitors staff license status
Manages Infection Control
Provides appropriate in-services
Maintains employee education and certification files
Tracks employee health issues

Director of Staff Development qualifications:
Prior experience as a DSD / SDC within Long Term Care required
Registered Nurse (RN) required
