What you’ll do: The Sales Support Administrative Assistant helps to serve guests and residents, respond to digital leads and assign to the sales team. Your job will include: Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain open communications with all property and regional staff. Take photographs and videos of homes for use in various marketing sources.Support Sales Team by keeping stock of marketing materials and maintaining digital marketing sources. Assist in processing procurement card reconciliations. Organize and maintain files for prospective buyers . Maintain list of current available inventory daily including tracking new home arrivals.. Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required. Handle inquiries by telephone in order to back up property staff. Post daily digital ads to support the marketing initiatives of the community. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Experience & skills you need: High school diploma, or the equivalent experience. 1+ yea r of office experience. Strong communications and organizational skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
