The Legal Operations Analyst will be responsible for working with various stakeholders across the Legal department on various projects, from project initiation and design through to completion.We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with solid experience and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you will have a background in business analysis and project management with the ability to foster relationships with staff across the Legal department to achieve a positive result.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business needs and objectives for the Legal departmentDefine project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityProject management of Legal projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetGather, document and analyze business requirementsWork closely with business partners to understand processes, gaps, and goalsAnalyze and document existing and future state business processesConduct and co-ordinate user acceptance testingAct as the liaison with various stakeholders, including IT, as neededCreate and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and related systemsUse a variety of communications methods to deliver information relevant to the audience and project needsUse a variety of problem-solving skills to resolve issues with internal teams and stakeholdersQualifications 5+ years completing similar tasks to those above, and within a Legal or IT environment, preferredBachelor’s degree preferredExperience with Legal technology and processes preferredProject Management qualifications preferredAbility to identify and manage cross-team and cross-project dependenciesAbility to anticipate and address issues earlyStrong analytical skillsAbility to balance and prioritize multiple projects for various internal customersStrong interpersonal and communication skills requiredAbility to make decisions independently, knowing how and when to escalate issuesExperience working directly with business teams and stakeholdersExperience in Legal domain preferredEquinix is an equal opportunity employer.
