Answer, field, transfer incoming calls
Greet visitors; assist them as needed
Sort and distribute mail
Check and tidy conference rooms as needed
Tidy up kitchen and keep it stocked with supplies
Order office supplies
Enter visitors in buildings visitors system
Additional duties as assigned Qualifications:
Previous front desk, front office or administrative assistant experience helpful, but not required
Keep calm under stress; when multiple phone calls / visitors come
Willingness to learn new skills and assist others
Demonstrate sound work ethics
Demonstrate customer service orientation
The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed
