Based in Lakewood, CO, the Strategic Business Process Improvement Analyst will be the internal champion for building a continuous improvement culture by creating and implementing process excellence across all business segments within Eberl. We have an immediate career opportunity for a Strategic Business Process Improvement Analyst under the direction of the Vice President of Continuous Improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as an objective and trusted adviser to business unit and functional leaders to achieve operational excellence
- Lead efforts to support a continuous improvement culture; be an advocate for change, our customers, and innovation
- Develop deep understanding of critical business processes, analyze for improvement opportunities and present recommendations. Assess processes to determine how to reduce rework, improve quality, increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, increase revenue and/or improve the ability to deliver our services.
- Develop and establish ways to measure performance against process requirements, develop data collection strategies to support KPIs, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls
- Partner closely with IT and other functions that supports and enables continuous automation and digital transformation efforts
- Lead and facilitate process mapping and improvement workshops, apply appropriate methodologies and tools
- Work with business leaders to drive and/or monitor continuous improvement implementation projects to closure.
- Establish appropriate communication and recognition protocols for sharing Continuous Improvement news, activities, and learnings across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor ‘s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Technology or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in any of the following areas, preferably in the Professional Services or Consulting industries: Business Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
- Proven track record of successfully collaborating with business partners to analyze business processes and drive change., make thoughtful recommendations for improvement, and provide oversight in the execution solutions
- Organizational Design/Organizational Alignment experience a plus
- Lean Six Sigma, project management or other certification preferred
- Program Management experience
- Project Management experience
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, innovative thinking, and analytical skills
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a logical manner that demonstrate strong written/verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation, influence, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and be able to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong data analytics skills; exposure to data visualization tools (PowerBI) a plus
- Willingness to travel overnight occasionally (20-25%)
