Overview

PRIMARY FUNCTION : Wide-range of duties, including directly assisting department heads in the completion of a variety of tasks, data entry, answering inquiries, assisting customers, and answering phones. Other duties as assigned by department coordinator.QUALIFICATIONS : Must have a High School Diploma. Must have at least one year of related work experience. Some college experience is preferred. Must be a registered voter or eligible to register to vote. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to type 40 net words per minute. Must possess strong attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
