Ditmas Park Rehabilitation & Care Center – OVERVIEW:
The Administrative positions (Clerical, Human Resources, Administrative Secretary) assist the clinical team to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated team member who is able to effectively work with team members and/or patients and families. The successful candiadte will be able to accomplish tasks in a timely, effective, well organized, and safe manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
• Onboarding, background check, and scheduling orinetation of new staff
• Maintain timely records of all HR and corporate compliance activities
• Provide accurate and timely reports to Facility Administrator and other department/management leaders on issues relating to HR, facility survey & other administrative needs
• Communicates constantly with Administrator or designee to ensure coordination of information and maintain accuracy of facility personnel & survey files
• Assists in ensuring continuing education and updates of policy as directed by Administrator or designee
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested by Administrator and VPCS.
• Maintain and work within established departmental, center, and facility policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
• Desire to grow professionally within the organization.

Prior experience preferred but not a must. Will train accordingly based on experience

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skillsTracking
