Davidoff leads the development of clear vision, direction and pathways towards successful outcomes for nonprofits, foundations, associations, and corporations.Administrative Assistant Job Description:The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting senior consultants and providing operational support including the following:Completing basic administrative tasks (e.g. schedule meetings, reply to emails, file documents, maintain organization systems, etc.)Scheduling, recording, and taking notes during conference calls and meetingsSupporting with new business development tasks (e.g. scheduling meeting, researching leads)Preparing materials to be used in internal and client presentations (e.g. proofreading documents, preparing virtual folders)Assisting with digital marketing (e.g. researching content ideas, supporting with content development, proofreading, uploading content to MailChimp template)The Administrative Assistant will be expected to:Handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerComplete all assigned tasks in a timely manner while meeting quality standardsWork collaboratively with all team members including senior leadership to deliver excellent work with accuracy and integrityDemonstrate an ability to understand client industries and competitive environments quicklyDemonstrate strong communication skills, including in a remote working environmentDemonstrate proficiency in proofreading and editing materials and client correspondence, internal and external memos, project status reports, marketing materials and business documentsSupport the firm on internal communications, marketing and business developmentQualifications:Bachelors degree1 – 3 years of experienceDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to function as an engaged and empowering team memberKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and DropboxExperience with CRM systems (i.e. Insightly.com or similar)Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social, etc.) and Mailchimp is a plusExperience with basic accounting tools (e.g. Quickbooks) and invoicing is a plusStart Date: Immediately.Process for Submitting:Interested applicants should submit a cover letter and resume demonstrating relevant experience, education and skills.
