This team is responsible for Aetna Health Portfolio and all digital products; as well as the development and execution of the digital road map. We are looking for a Sr Business Analystwho can:
– Manage significant product initiatives
– Strong ability to understand and communicate business needs along with knowledge of healthcare processes, products and systems
– Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and programs
5+ years experience in business analysisHealthcare insurance experience
Previous Aetna experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe practices.
Cultivates relationships with internal and external constituencies.
Manages significant product initiatives from discovery thru product delivery.
Strong ability to understand and communicate business needs along with knowledge of healthcare processes, products and systems.
Perform detail analysis and document high level requirements in support product initiatives
Conducts interviews, fact-finding, and independent research to aid in the design of creative, progressive solutions for business problems.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of emerging business needs and product impacts.
Supports product and engineering teams as subject matter expert.
Strong working knowledge of Rally and Confluence.
Must possess sound knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles, methodologies inclusive of Use Case tools
