Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Answer and screen incoming calls with a high level of professionalism.
  • Transcribe messages accurately and disseminate to appropriate employee or department.
  • Assist with opening and distribution of mail.
  • Ad hoc administrative projects assigned by management

Experience Preferred

  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
