Position: Peoplesoft Campus Solutions Technical Developer

Location: NYC NY (Work is remote during COVID-19 restrictions)

Duration: 12 Months

  • Provide PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 Technical developer experience with PeopleSoft in a complex installation.
  • Thorough and updated knowledge of relevant technologies; for example, Application Designer,
  • Application Engine, PeopleTools 8.58 or higher, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, SQR, Change Assistant, DataMover, Component Interface, and Process Scheduler.
  • Experience integrating with a diverse set of third party systems. Must include three to four of the integrations mentioned in the job description.
  • Experience working with all project phases (initiation, fit/gap, configuration, development, and testing), with an emphasis on project initiation.
  • Experience in the higher education industry and/or public sector.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to translate
  • complex technical issues into understandable reports, updates, and proposals for solutions.
  • Experience within a multi-institutional PeopleSoft environment.

Position: Peoplesoft Campus Solutions Functional Consultant

Location: NYC NY (Work is remote during COVID-19 restrictions)

Duration: 12 Months

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.2 in the following Campus Solutions modules, Admissions, Campus Community, Student Records, Student Financials, and Financial Aid to lead through the entire systems development lifecycle
  • Experience working with all project phases (initiation, fit/gap, configuration, documentation, facilitate design with development, and testing), with an emphasis on project initiation.
  • Functional Knowledge of Campus Solutions areas (Campus Community, Student Records, Student Financials, Financial Aid, Admissions).
  • Working knowledge of Peoplesoft table structure.
  • Experience in the higher education industry and/or public sector.
  • Six years of PeopleSoft experience with three being 9.2 upgrade related.
  • Knowledge of queries, process, and reports.
  • Experience integrating with a diverse set of third party systems.
  • Experience within a multi-institutional PeopleSoft environment.

Position: Senior Project Manager – Peoplesoft Campus Solutions

Location: Southern California (Work is remote during COVID-19 restrictions)

Duration: 12 Months

CSU PeopleSoft project implementation/upgrade is a MUST

JD:

Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementation/upgrade related projects. Individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the project life-cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design, development, testing, and implementation. Position will manage teams of employees and contractors on projects and be responsible for all project deliverables, budget, and schedule. Position involves broad interaction with different functional areas and information technology. This position will be responsible for the use of best practices in Project Management methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accountability for overseeing and coordinating the entire life cycle of assigned projects (requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design, development, testing, and implementation) across multiple business areas for the implementation of a new chart of accounts across the PeopleSoft (ERP) modules and all interfacing systems
  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs or complex projects involving multiple projects and oversight of multiple resources
  • Experience with development and reporting of project status, issues and project financial analysis
  • Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Campus solutions 9.2 modules
  • Excellent organization, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Escalate issues to Program Manager when required
  • Present project status updates to IT Executive Steering Committee as requested
  • Dedicated to exemplary customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a flexible and forward thinking

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in implementation, upgrades and support of the PeopleSoft (ERP) Management modules
  • Five plus year(s) working with PeopleSoft modules Version 9.x or higher
  • Minimum eight years’ experience in Project Management
  • In depth understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and PeopleTools
  • Higher Education experience preferred
  • PMP Certification
