• Need Senior technical Recruiter with experience handling end-to-end IT recruitment. Recruiter should be bilingual with experience in hiring in Mexico and Costa Rica
• Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology).
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, –Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet Based Recruiting Tools.
• Screening the candidates as per the required skill-set
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
• Very Strong communication and inter personal skill
