Dynamic NYC media company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. This position is currently operating remotely but is otherwise located in our NYC office.

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and problem solving across multiple communication channels and brands. The candidate will project a positive and professional, energetic, and friendly demeanor in all methods of communication. The candidate will also be responsible for delivering prompt, professional responses and/or redirect inbound customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities of this role include, but is not limited to:

· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

· Communicate with customers through various channels

· Answer general phone line and direct calls and provide any assistance required including taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to appropriate personnel

· Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

· Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and issues

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries

· Field internal inquiries and requests to proper personnel

· Perform administrative tasks and research as directed


· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Unwavering positive attitude and enthusiasm

· A real desire to assist customers

· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

· Punctuality and reliability a must

· Knowledge of G Suite including Gmail and Sheets, and Microsoft Excel each a plus
