Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist Office Manager with processing of:

  • Payroll (ADP) – new employee set up, time sheet entry, payroll processing
  • Accounts Payable (QuickBooks) – vendor invoice coding and entry, purchase order tracking, check printing
  • Accounts Receivable (QuickBooks) – process customer payments

Working with Estimating Department preparing customer proposals from spreadsheets submitted.

General office duties – answer telephone, filing, etc.

Candidate should have working knowledge of ADP Payroll Processing and QuickBooks.

Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Candidate must be well organized, process good time management skills, be detail oriented and be able to multi task.

3-5 yrs experience a must
