Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring an experienced and well-rounded General Manager to lead the team at our Courtyard Raleigh, NC -Triangle Center.

Our newly renovated Courtyard Raleigh North/Triangle Town Center is just steps from Triangle Town Center, which features a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Wake Forest, WRAL Soccer Center, PNC Arena and Walnut Creek Music Pavilion also are within easy reach.

Being a Concord GM:

As a Concord General Manager, you will be a catalyst of our great culture and be an ambassador to our cornerstones and Leadership Commitments. You will foster a team culture that engages all team members, promotes dignity and respect for all, and provides an associate first culture. Our award winning management team will be with you along the way!

Our GM’s administer, direct and control all the operations of the hotel. You will be accountable for achieving budgeted revenues and profit margins that are in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures. Our GM’s are active leaders and are highly involved in guest interaction, associate engagement in training and motivation, and they serve as role models within our company in the community. Concord provides unmatched property support including our own IT Services, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Accounting and HR Support and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a General Manager, Marriott brand experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in hiring, building, mentoring and leading teams with outstanding results.
  • Focus and success record in driving GSS, passionate about providing the best guest experience possible.
  • Previous experience delivering outstanding financial results in hotel operations.
  • Well versed in Sales, F&B, catering and events.
