Full Job DescriptionWe are and small, but quickly growing, law firm looking for an individual to handle front desk duties such as greeting potential clients upon entry, answering multi-line telephones and routing the calls to the appropriate person, updating potential client information into workflow software, electronic document transmission, client contact, typing of documents, using Microsoft Office, etc., and mailing and processing incoming mail.Our ideal candidate would have a background in customer service, have an enthusiastic interest in the law, confident and outgoing personality, be able to prioritize tasks independently, be a team player, exert professionalism, be punctual, and be able to build rapport with clients and potential clients.Hours are full time Monday thru Friday 8:30a-5:00pSchedule is not flexible.Please submit resume with cover letter, including whether or not you wear a watch and why or why not.Job Type: Full-timePay: $11.00 – $12.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:This office provides masks for employees, and requires masks worn by all who enter the office, which will also be provided.
