Course assignments may be multi-campus with the possibility of day or evening classes. Courses may be delivered online and in person. Develop lesson plans, syllabi, and course materials in conjunction with Department Chair. Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes. Provide an excellent teaching experience as well as student advisement, recruitment activities and program/curriculum development. Required Qualifications An earned Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice or closely related discipline from a regionally accredited college or university. A JD will be considered with appropriate experience in criminal justice. At least 5 years of experience working directly for a criminal justice agency.Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching college criminal justice or related courses. Experience with CANVAS or other online learning management systems.
