  • Imaging/Re-Imaging for both laptops and desktops on a large scale
  • Migrations
  • Backing up data before imaging
  • Ability to remote into a computer (RDP – remote desktop protocol)
  • Remotely transferring profiles, favorites, applications, etc. from laptops and desktops
  • Communication is key! They will be supporting and troubleshooting over the phone with employees
