Role: Change Management Consultant
Location: Minneapolis & Charlotte & Chandler AZ
Contract Length: 8 months with possibility of extension
Must Haves:

  • 2-4 years of organization change management experience (OCM)
  • MUST HAVE organizational change management experience (NOT technical change management/business analyst experience)
  • Comes from a financial background
  • Experience working within an agile environment*
  • Team player, strong organizational/communication skills, problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams, etc).


  • change management certification (Prosci/other)
  • CRM implementation and Agile framework experience

Day to Day:

  • This position will provide organizational change management support for one or multiple CRM projects. This role will focus on the people side of change to meet project outcomes by increasing employee adoption, utilization, and proficiency. They will partner with program Change Management Lead and project teams to coordinate change management activities to support adoption strategy from planning through post-go live sustainment, including but not limited
    • Change impact assessments
    • Stakeholder analysis
    • Risk identification and mitigation planning
    • Training planning, development and delivery
    • Communication planning and execution
    • Readiness assessments
    • Reinforcement/Sustainment activities
