Overview
We have an immediate opening in our Personal Injury Department for an experienced litigation paralegal with 2-4 years of experience. The environment is fast paced, diverse, enthusiastic and challenging.The right candidate will be expected to assume immediate client contact and other responsibilities, including: drafting and responding to Lawsuits, Discovery, Motions and Briefs along with all other pleadings necessary to move a case through the litigation process. The candidate must have good people skills, be self-driven and motivated, have strong skills in time management, typing and writing. Firm utilizes Word, Excel, Outlook, Time Matters and Office 365 to meet client needs.Interviews will begin immediately. Salary, benefits and incentives based upon experience. Paralegal degree or certificate a plus but not required.
