In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we’ve served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, thats all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade. It may not be the easy way, but it’s the only way we know.The Office Administrator is responsible for:Overseeing and leading all Back Office reporting systems; including:o Daily Sales Report Daily trackingo Month-End PackageSupplier paymentsInventoryP notes o Print inventory report for the monthLeading and maintaining cash management systems/initiatives; including:o Change fund auditing/ orders, file receipts for up on one montho Cashier keystroke reportingo Cashier coupon and money accountability logso Training all new leaders in cash management fundamentalsVendor receivables and payables, including:o Timely payment of all invoiceso Timely receipt of all outstanding balanceso Ensuring proper credits for missing productso Resolving vendor disputes/ billing discrepancieso File CC slips (keep for 3 months)Accountability of checklists: including Cares Complaints, TMS bags, Temp, cleaning logs Scanning and filing important papersManaging communication with Sedgewick regarding Guest or Team Member incidentsMaintaining timely and effective communication with Stores Accounting and TreasuryCheck and delete emailsMaintain First Aid Box and ordering small wares/office suppliesReporting: Audits (Health Department, Deloitte, Steriotech, eRQAs), Labor/Food Opportunities and CEM scores weekly Success Factors and Matching MeasurementsHow will you know this position has been successful? We will know the Office Administrator is successful upon attaining the following: Successful Chick-fil-A, Inc. audits of reporting systems All deadlines met (Daily Report, bill payment, etc.) A clean, functional, organized, and efficient office Outlook emails handled or distributed to leaders and then deleted Must have a passion for organization and attention to detail * Not deterred by repetitive procedures/routine * Excel with systematic follow through and auditing skills * Enthusiastically and optimistically lead all administrative systemsTracking
